East West Manufacturing™ Acquires Vexos, Expanding Engineering Expertise and Global Manufacturing Capabilities

Acquisition strengthens East West's presence across the Americas and Asia while adding scale in high-mix manufacturing, and regulated and high-performance industries including medical, aerospace, and AI data centers

East West Manufacturing, a leading Integrated Manufacturing Solutions (IMS) company that designs and manufactures complex electronic and electro-mechanical products, has announced the acquisition of Vexos, an award-winning electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company.

The acquisition marks another step in East West’s long-term growth strategy, further strengthening the company’s engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain capabilities while expanding its presence across the Americas and Asia, including Vexos’ existing locations in the US, Canada, Mexico, China, and Vietnam.

By bringing together two organizations with unique market positions and expertise, East West will enhance its ability to support customers throughout the entire product lifecycle, from design and industrialization to manufacturing, fulfillment, and global delivery.

Vexos adds meaningful scale in high-mix, high-complexity manufacturing and brings deep experience serving highly regulated industries, including medical, aerospace, and AI data centers. These capabilities complement East West’s existing strengths and position the combined organization to support increasingly sophisticated products and evolving customer requirements resulting in faster time to market and the lowest total cost of ownership.

“Vexos has built an impressive reputation for engineering excellence, quality, and customer service,” said Ryan Flynn, Chief Executive Officer of East West. “Its capabilities align naturally with East West and add to our expertise in helping customers navigate complex engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain challenges. Just as importantly, we both share a commitment to putting customers first, investing in people, and building long-term business relationships.”

“This acquisition aligns with East West’s strategy to grow as an Integrated Manufacturing Solutions company with a focus on offering differentiated capabilities to customers at scale and globally,” said Paul Jona, CEO of Vexos. “We are excited to join the East West family and begin this stage of growth together.”

The acquisition expands East West’s manufacturing network around the world and gives customers access to more resources and expertise. Customers of both companies will benefit from stronger engineering support, greater manufacturing capacity, and a more reliable supply chain. They will also have access to a wider range of services, while continuing to receive the personal support and close partnerships both companies are known for.

Integration planning is already underway and is being led by a joint team from East West and Vexos. The focus will be on creating a scalable organization that preserves the strengths of both companies while ensuring continuity for customers, employees, and partners.
