Thuo joined Global Shop Solutions at a time when the manufacturing industry was moving toward smart manufacturing, IIoT, automation and scalability. The market demanded ERP software move to the cloud. With his passion for innovation, technical skill and engineering abilities, Thuo was the right individual to lead 1,800 manufacturing companies into one of the most transformative initiatives in decades: Cloud ERP.

One of the most defining moments of his career which accelerated the advent of Cloud ERP came during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Everything shut down, and many businesses had no way to support remote work,” says Thuo. “Migrating them from on-premise to the cloud kept their operations running. It made a massive difference. For example: one Midwest US metal fabrication customer reduced downtime by 57% after migrating to Cloud ERP during the first two months of the pandemic.”
Today, Thuo leads a specialized team of 10 experts whose everyday mission is to safeguard our customer’s data and provide 100% uptime. In addition to bringing transformation to manufacturers, Thuo prides himself on bringing professional transformation to his team.
