In his new role, Shaun will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing expert application support for Vision Engineering’s extensive portfolio, including its world-renowned eyepiece-less stereo microscopes, digital microscopes, and advanced metrology systems. He will work directly with customers across a range of industries, including electronics, medical devices, aerospace, and precision engineering, to provide solutions that enhance productivity and quality control.
Shaun brings a wealth of experience to the Vision Engineering team, combining a strong technical foundation in metrology with a proven track record in specialist product sales. He joins from Bowers Group, where he served as a Product Sales Specialist, representing a wide range of high-precision measurement equipment from leading brands.
His career is built on a solid engineering background, with significant hands-on roles as a Metrology and Quality Engineer at companies including Nèos Composite Solutions, PES UK Ltd, and Caterpillar Inc. This deep practical understanding of quality control and dimensional measurement makes him uniquely qualified to support customers facing complex inspection and metrology challenges.
