IIoT solution for Industry 4.0
Delta announces significant enhancements to its IIoT Solution, catering to the evolving landscape of Industry 4.0. The new DOP HMIs will function as DIACloud gateways, streamlining operations by removing the necessity for VPN routers. The imminent release of DIAWeb Designer aims to enhance data visualization in the cloud, facilitating efficient decision-making processes. Additionally, the introduction of AS-FFTP01, an economical IIoT Function Card for AS PLCs, brings support for OPC UA server, MQTT client connectivity, and a Node-RED dashboard. These developments reflect Delta’s commitment to staying at the forefront of IIoT innovation, addressing industry needs with practical solutions.

New generation AX-5 PLC-Based Motion Controllers
The new generation AX-5 Series with multi-axis motion controllers and slice-type remote I/O modules, extend the capabilities of the AX-5 Series. With cutting-edge multi-core processors, it ensures lightning-fast response and boasts versatile interfaces. Supporting multiple communication protocols without extra modules, it excels in IIoT connectivity. The slim remote I/O modules, merely 12 mm thick, save up to 50% cabinet space, featuring a user-friendly design with a removable connector and a handy DIN rail clip. The series seamlessly integrates into Delta DIADesigner-AX software, offering a hassle-free user experience.

Fan, pump and compressor – VP3000 Drive
In addition to the enhancements to its IIoT solution, Delta will also be demonstrating the new VP3000 Open-Loop Standard Variable Torque Drive for fan, pump and compressor applications. It is specially designed to enhance fluid machine operation efficiency and has a high power rating of up to 630 kW, and enhances productivity with lower harmonic distortion (THDi) down to 35% in industrial motors.
