Advantech Service-IoT Presents New Solutions and Visions for the Future of Logistics at LogiMAT 2022

Premier global logistics show LogiMAT returns at Stuttgart Messe for the first time in three years, with Advantech showcasing its latest trends and solutions for intralogistics (stand F10, Hall 8).

Product innovations to be unveiled at the event include the AIM-78S industrial tablet with replaceable battery, and the DLT-V7215 P+ vehicle terminal with uninterruptible power supply and smart sensor.

                                                                                   AIM-78S

Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, AIM-78S is an industrial grade tablet for vertical markets of manufacturing, warehousing management, field service. It features six hours battery life, an integrated barcode scanner, a high brightness LCD and IP65 rating. The WIFI/LTE connectivity brings the mobility to users, plus the extension and docking peripheral.

Equipped with an Intel® Atom™ E3845 processor, the DLT-V7215 P+ (pictured in header) in-vehicle terminal features a 15-inch PCAP touchscreen that can be operated even when wearing gloves, and three front-facing control buttons. The compact design saves space in the vehicle, while the enhanced visibility also increases driving safety. The terminal was developed for use in warehouses, distribution centres, at container ports and in production.

Advantech has worked hard in recent years to expand its portfolio with solutions for mobile field service, warehousing, logistics and fleet management which can be adapted to the operator as well as to individual workflows. Comprehensive connectivity, low power consumption and intelligent interfaces are just some of the outstanding features they boast.

“We are particularly pleased to finally meet partners and customers face-to-face again,” said Michael Kreft, Executive Sales Director Europe Advantech Service-IoT GmbH.

“The challenges in logistics have always been immense. Now they are increasing even more – driven by the pandemic, among other things. Even experienced strategists currently find it difficult to predict long-term developments. This makes it all the more important to find solutions that are intelligent, sustainable and safe.

“Our solutions are equipped for all eventualities and can be easily adapted to a wide range of applications thanks to a variety of equipment features.”
