Global wire, cable and connector specialist WireMasters has received a Supplier Quality Award from General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI), a leading manufacturer of uncrewed aircraft systems. WireMasters was one of just three small businesses recognised for its 2025 performance under GA-ASI’s new annual Supplier Quality Recognition programme, which celebrates exceptional quality performance, strong leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement.
GA-ASI presented the award to WireMasters on September 29, 2026, during a visit by its supply chain representatives. The programme recognises the contribution of smaller suppliers to maintaining the high-quality standards required across demanding aerospace and defence operations.
“It’s particularly rewarding to receive this recognition from GA-ASI, because we know how much they expect from their suppliers,” said Drew Love, CEO of WireMasters. “Our team puts a huge amount of care into getting the details right and that effort isn’t always visible outside the business. To have it recognised by a customer like GA-ASI, and to be among the first companies to receive this award, is something we’re genuinely proud of.”
