PSG, an operating company of Dover Corporation, is excited to showcase its broad portfolio of fluid-handling products at SEMICON West 2026 from October 13-15 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA.
“In semiconductor manufacturing, small variations in flow, contamination or chemical delivery can translate into wafer defects, lost yield, excess chemical consumption and unplanned downtime,” said David Burdge, General Manager, Malema. “SEMICON West gives us an opportunity to bring several specialized PSG product lines together and show engineers how greater precision, purity and reliability in fluid handling can support more consistent processes and better production outcomes.”
Exhibiting in Booth 2133 at this year’s event, PSG will feature the latest product innovations from four brands serving critical semiconductor applications:
- Malema: Backed by more than 20 patents, Malema designs high-precision flow meters, switches, controllers, sensors and valves for semiconductor fluid handling. These products provide precise, repeatable and long-term stable measurements needed to maintain consistent process conditions across runs and tools.
- Almatec: For over 40 years, Almatec has engineered reliable air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps, including the FUTUR Series, for nearly every stage of semiconductor manufacturing. Their seal-less design, dry-run capability, self-priming operation and chemical compatibility support reliable transfer of critical process fluids.
- Blackmer: Blackmer offers CRYO-MACH Series Cryogenic Centrifugal Pumps for liquefied-gas transfer. These pumps support trailer offloading, pipeline transfer and on-site process supply while meeting rigorous temperature, performance and safety requirements.
- CPC: For nearly 50 years, CPC has developed connectors for secure, controlled chemical transfer in semiconductor environments. These products help maintain fluid integrity while reducing leaks, operator exposure and contamination during connection, disconnection and delivery.
PSG product experts will be available throughout the show to discuss operating conditions, process requirements and technology selection with semiconductor manufacturers, equipment suppliers and other professionals across the semiconductor supply chain.
“Semiconductor processes depend on precise, repeatable control of critical fluids from bulk chemical delivery through the point of use,” said Jay Rajagopalan, Sr. Director of Engineering and Product Management, Malema. “Whether the challenge is maintaining slurry flow during CMP, preserving chemical purity, supplying cryogenic liquids or preventing contamination during connection and disconnection, PSG products are engineered to help manufacturers reduce process variability and keep critical fluid systems operating reliably.”
