Today, solar module manufacturers need not only highly automated production equipment, but also end-to-end transparency and monitoring of material flows, process data, quality information, and production KPIs. As part of the collaboration, Ecoprogetti therefore supplies module production lines with standardized data interfaces. Kontron AIS provides FabEagle®MES as the software solution aligned with the module production line in terms of interfaces and functionality. This includes production control, material tracking, process and machine data acquisition, reporting, and integration with higher-level IT systems such as ERP. The result is a structured data foundation that supports advanced analytics and AI applications.
