Full Agenda Available for CWIEME Berlin 2025

The world’s largest event for coil winding, electric motors, transformers, generators and e-mobility, CWIEME Berlin, has released its full agenda for the central stage and the e-mobility stage. Visitors can now plan around their key sessions, with speakers including senator Franziska Giffey on the central stage on day one and Prof. Dr. Stefan Bratzel on the e-mobility stage on day two.

From the June 3-5 at Messe Berlin, CWIEME Berlin will have a packed schedule, with speakers and discussions all day long. Now visitors and exhibitors can explore the content ahead of time to make the most of networking and learning opportunities aligned with their interests and goals.

With a mix of strategic and technical talks, the central stage will cover the biggest topics across the industry right now. As the world heads into an era of renewable energy, a big focus on this year’s panel discussions will revolve around sustainability in the industry. The presentations are tailored for engineers, academics, senior management and industry professionals across the supply chain.

Saqib Saeed’s discussion on AI’s role in transforming the power grid and Kirsi Seppäläinen’s presentation on building sustainable transformers start day one off with insights into the innovative practises of today. Looking at Berlin’s role in the industry, keynote speaker Franziska Giffey’s participation underscores the city’s dedication to strengthening its position as a leading European industrial hub.

“Looking at our agenda, I wish I could sit in the audience for the whole duration of the event,” commented Chris Lee, Portfolio Director for CWIEME events. “2025 has already seen a huge amount of change across our key areas, from global sustainability goals to volatility across trading markets, so our exhibitors and visitors will have lots of insight to gain on how to navigate the changes to the industry.”

“The panel discussion Innovation Through Diversity is one I’m particularly excited to see. At CWIEME Berlin, we’re always looking to support the industry efforts to create more inclusive and equitable workplaces for employees. Our returning women in engineering programme is a powerful platform to promote the impact that gender diversity can have on the industry.”

With e-mobility playing a key role in the sustainable future of the world, it will be crucial for businesses to identify where and when opportunities will arise. Visitors partial to this topic will enjoy the panel discussion at the end of day two, moderated by John Morehead, as well as Prof. Dr. Stefan Bratzel’s featured speech on the global crossroads of the automotive sector.

In line with CWIEME Berlin’s commitment to closing the talent gap by developing the next generation, day three of the e-mobility stage will be entirely dedicated to the future engineers programme. Here, academia and industry crossover to empower the leaders of tomorrow with skills experience and career insights.
