CWIEME Berlin will return to Messe Berlin from April 27 to 29, 2027, bringing the global electrical manufacturing supply chain together for three days of technology, insight and connections that move projects forward.
Following its milestone 30th anniversary edition, CWIEME Berlin is already building towards the next chapter. The 2027 show will strengthen its established position within transformer and electrical manufacturing while expanding further into transmission and distribution, switchgear and the technologies needed to deliver the next generation of power infrastructure.
A major addition will be the Grid Delivery Summit, taking place alongside CWIEME Berlin on April 27 and 28. The two-day conference will connect senior leaders across utilities, grid operators, OEMs and suppliers to address some of the practical challenges facing grid development, from manufacturing capacity and equipment lead times to resilience, digitalisation and supply chain collaboration.
The 2027 edition will also mark the first CWIEME Berlin under a new brand identity, which launched across CWIEME channels in September. More than a visual refresh, the rebrand reflects the evolution of CWIEME and the growing breadth of the industries and communities it serves.
Bringing CWIEME Berlin, CWIEME Shanghai and the Grid Delivery Summit under a more cohesive global identity, the new brand reinforces CWIEME’s existing position as the global meeting place for the electrical manufacturing supply chain. Its new visual identity moves away from the previous illustrative approach towards a more contemporary and elevated style that reflects the industry it represents.

The new identity gives us a stronger global platform to represent that.”
The Where Power Meets Progress theme will continue for 2027, but with an evolved focus. As electrical manufacturing responds to growing demand, changing supply chains and unprecedented investment in power infrastructure, CWIEME Berlin will provide a place where established engineering expertise meets the technologies, suppliers and ideas shaping what comes next.
CWIEME Berlin 2027 takes place at Messe Berlin from April 27 to 29, with the Grid Delivery Summit taking place on April 27 and 28. Further details on registration, exhibitors, speakers and new features will be announced in the coming months.
