Cumberland Electronics Strategic Supply Solutions (CE3S), your strategic sourcing, professional solutions and distribution partner, in partnership with Desco Industries Inc., will host its next free ANSI/ESD S20.20 training series throughout August 2026, offering a practical, easy-to-follow introduction to one of the industry’s most widely used ESD control standards.
Designed for ESD coordinators, engineers, quality professionals and anyone involved in static control programs, the four-part webinar series walks through the fundamentals of ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021 and what it really takes to build and maintain an effective program. It’s especially useful for those who have been “learning as they go” and want a clearer, more structured understanding of best practices.
The course covers both the technical and administrative aspects of the standard, along with real-world guidance on implementing and verifying ESD controls across a facility. Topics include ESD basics, grounding, personnel grounding, worksurfaces, flooring, ionization, packaging and more. Participants who complete all sessions and related exams will receive a certificate of completion.
The training will be held as a four-part webinar series:

Rather than focusing only on theory, the series emphasizes practical application—how to select the right ESD control items, how to verify compliance, and how to build a program that actually works day-to-day on the production floor.
