Bringing connected CNC automation to Chicago, US

Tezmaksan to demonstrate CubeBOX™ modular automation cells at IMTS 2026

North American manufacturers are under growing pressure to increase productivity, use skilled labour more effectively and respond to changing production demands. At IMTS 2026, CNC automation specialist Tezmaksan will demonstrate its CubeBOX™ range of robotic machine tending systems. The Turkish engineering and automation company will show how CNC machine tending can be made more accessible, flexible and practical.

Tezmaksan will exhibit with its North American partner, Dynamic Machine, at McCormick Place in Chicago from September 14 to 19, 2026. Dynamic Machine supplies CNC machine tools, automation and turnkey manufacturing systems across North America. At Booth #339430, the company will present variations of its CubeBOX™, a modular automation cell that combines robotic machine tending, part storage, pallet handling and control software to suit different production requirements.

“North American manufacturers are looking for practical ways to increase capacity, manage labour pressures and adapt to changing customer requirements,” explained Hakan Aydoğdu, CEO of Tezmaksan. “Our message at IMTS is that automation does not need to begin with a large or complicated project.

“The CubeBOX™ range gives manufacturers different entry points depending on their machines, applications, production volumes and available floor space.”

One platform, multiple applications

The systems on the stand will demonstrate different approaches to automated production.

CubeBOX™ Blues DR-3P uses a drawer-based configuration to organise and present components for robotic loading, while CubeBOX™ Blues RT-Vise uses multiple vises arranged around a rotary table. The Pallet Pool supports automated pallet handling, and EcoLEAN V1 provides a compact collaborative robotics option.

“The products tell one connected story,” continued Aydoğdu. “Whether a manufacturer needs drawer-based part handling, vise automation, pallet movement or a collaborative solution, the objective is the same — to reduce unnecessary manual handling, keep machines productive and make production easier to manage.”

A major feature of the stand will be the integration of CubeBOX™ EcoLEAN V1 with a Senjo Seiki gear deburring machine.

The demonstration will show how robotic automation can support specialist secondary processes as well as conventional CNC machine tending. By automating the loading and unloading of the deburring machine, manufacturers can reduce repetitive manual handling, improve workflow consistency and allow skilled employees to focus on higher-value work.

“The Senjo Seiki integration shows that automation can create value across the wider production process,” said Aydoğdu. “Secondary operations can become bottlenecks, so automating component handling can help manufacturers create a smoother and more consistent workflow.”

Tezmaksan will also demonstrate its CubeBOX™ Pallet Pool, operated by a FANUC M-20iD/35 robot using Tezmaksan’s custom-manufactured pallets.

The system will show how automated pallet handling can help manufacturers prepare work in advance, reduce interruptions between jobs and support longer periods of automated production. It will also demonstrate how pallets can keep components and workholding organised as complete production units.

A dedicated touch-screen display will provide live demonstrations of Tezmaksan’s RoboCAM+® softwareinterface.

RoboCAM+® is designed to simplify the setup and operation of robotic cells, reducing the need for specialist programming knowledge.

The company’s collaboration with Dynamic Machine combines Tezmaksan’s automation technology with local market knowledge, application expertise and customer support.

“North America is a strategically important market for Tezmaksan,” said Aydoğdu. “Manufacturers need both capable technology and strong local support. Our partnership with Dynamic Machine allows us to provide both, and IMTS gives us an important opportunity to build long-term relationships across the region.”
