TXP partners with Otera to bring autonomous operations to the UK mid-market

Combination of leading AI agent platform and solutions engineering expertise to accelerate autonomous operations

TXP, the systems integrator specialising in tech consulting, development and resourcing, has announced a partnership with Otera, the autonomous operations platform, to bring production ready AI decision agents to the UK mid-market.

TXP is one of just a handful of Otera implementation partners in the UK. The collaboration combines Otera’s library of specialised AI agents designed to execute specific tasks with TXP’s solutions engineering expertise and deep understanding of complex business processes. The partnership will focus on accelerating AI adoption for mid-market organisations across a range of sectors, from financial services and insurance to healthcare and the public sector.

Using the Otera platform, organisations can rapidly deploy agentic AI workflows using a no/low-code interface. The joint offering from Otera and TXP will be particularly beneficial for those organisations that lack the in-house skills and resources required to build and deploy AI agents effectively.

In highly regulated sectors such as banking and insurance, where demand for compliant, process-driven automation is particularly high, Otera’s AI agents collaborate seamlessly. This enables organisations to execute processes end-to-end, from intake to resolution, without requiring human intervention. For example, in claims processing, task-specific agents work together to analyse a claim, cross-reference it against the customer’s policy, manage settlements, communicate with the customer and issue payment.

“Autonomous operations shouldn’t be a privilege of the largest enterprises,” said Hendrick Leitner, Chief Partnerships Officer at Otera. “TXP’s solutions engineering excellence and deep understanding of business operations make it the ideal partner to help bring autonomous operations to the UK mid-market. We think this presents a significant opportunity, particularly as more and more organisations look to build agentic-first operations, supported by full oversight, auditability and governance guardrails.”

“We’re really excited to be partnering with Otera as it expands the customer base for its agentic automation platform,” said Tim Hurst, Chief Operations Officer at TXP. “Many agentic AI projects struggle to get out of the starting blocks, due to a lack of resources to build and maintain agents effectively. The combination of Otera’s proven platform and TXP’s solutions engineering expertise means that organisations can move to autonomous operations in weeks.”
