Chahal joins from leading multinational research and data analytics company YouGov PLC where he was Global Chief Operating officer. During his 18-year tenure at the company, he led the company’s growth as it scaled from a team of 15 when he joined, to employing over 3,000 people across 60 countries. Rising to the position of Group Chief Operating Officer, he oversaw the company’s global expansion.
