Tezmaksan, a global manufacturer of CNC automation systems, will exhibit at JIMTOF 2026, taking place from 26 to 31 October at Tokyo Big Sight in Tokyo, Japan. At stand S2027, it will demonstrate how compact robotic automation and dedicated software can help manufacturers automate CNC machine loading and unloading.
At the stand, visitors can learn more about the CubeBOX™ Blues DR Mini, a compact automation system designed for the loading and unloading of CNC machines. The system combines a six-axis robot with a storage unit featuring between five and eight drawers, providing automated part handling within a compact footprint.
It can handle workpieces up to 135 mm in height and steel round-bar workpieces from 5 to 350 mm in diameter, while the six-axis robot has a payload capacity of 7 to 12 kg. Its compact design and drawer-based storage system provide a flexible approach to automating repetitive machine-tending tasks while making efficient use of available shop-floor space.
Alongside the CubeBOX™ Blues DR Mini, Tezmaksan will highlight RoboCAM+®, its software platform for programming and managing robotic CNC automation. Developed to simplify the configuration of automated part-handling processes, it allows users to define parts, stations and workflows without requiring conventional robot programming knowledge.
RoboCAM+® includes features such as real-time 3D visualisation of the robot and workpiece, DXF file integration for creating part layouts and active part tracking throughout the production cycle. The software is designed to reduce reliance on traditional robot programming, helping operators configure and adapt automated processes more efficiently.
Together, the CubeBOX™ Blues DR Mini and RoboCAM+® combine compact robotic hardware with dedicated CNC automation software, giving manufacturers a flexible approach to machine tending. The system can be adapted to changing production requirements without requiring a complete change to the automation setup.
“Manufacturers are increasingly looking for ways to improve machine utilisation while responding to labour availability and the need for more flexible production,” said Hakan Aydoğdu, CEO at Tezmaksan. “By combining compact robotic systems like CubeBOX™ with dedicated software like RoboCAM+®, we want to make CNC automation easier to introduce, manage and adapt across different manufacturing environments.”
