Cohesity Appoints Seb Fitzjohn as Vice President, Partner Channel Sales and GTM, Europe

Cohesity, a leader in AI-powered data security, has appointed Seb Fitzjohn as Vice President, Partner Channel Sales and GTM, Europe. In his new role, Fitzjohn will lead Cohesity’s partner and channel go-to-market strategy across Europe, driving growth through the Cohesity Aspire Partner Programme.

Fitzjohn’s appointment underscores Cohesity’s continued investment in strengthening its partner ecosystem across Europe, at a time when organisations are prioritising data resilience and data security as core parts of their digital strategy, and when data sovereignty compliance and business resilience have become board-level priorities.

Reporting directly to Olivier Savornin, Group Vice President of Sales, Europe, at Cohesity, Fitzjohn will be responsible for driving the delivery of best-in-class data resilience and data security solutions across all European markets, expanding new GTM partner programmes and partnerships to maximise alignment with customers’ most pressing cyber resilience challenges.

“Seb’s appointment is a further signal of our continued investment in bringing the best talent into Cohesity,” said Olivier Savornin, Group Vice President of Sales, Europe, at Cohesity. “Seb is a great example of the high calibre of leader we want driving our business forward. His experience and track record put him in a strong position to support our customers and accelerate mutual growth for Cohesity and our Partners across Europe, as well as provide new perspectives and leadership approaches for the benefit of the entire Cohesity team.”

Fitzjohn brings two decades of international sales, channel, and go-to-market leadership experience. Most recently, he spent seven years at ServiceNow, first as Vice President of the EMEA partner organisation, and then serving as Group Vice President of Sales for Europe North. His move follows Cohesity and ServiceNow’s recently announced strategic partnership to deliver real-time recovery and resilience for enterprise AI agents, reflecting the close alignment between the two companies’ technology and go-to-market strategies.

“As AI adoption accelerates, organisations need absolute confidence that they can protect, secure, recover and unlock greater value from their data,” said Seb Fitzjohn. “Cohesity and our partners are uniquely positioned to help customers build true data resilience while also enabling AI-driven business insights. I look forward to working closely with our partners and the Cohesity team to expand our sales and delivery capacity across Europe in service to our joint customers.”
