Keiretsu Forum, the world’s largest angel investor network, has issued a detailed report about POLYN Technology following a thorough due diligence process.
POLYN is a fabless semiconductor company that supplies application-specific Neuromorphic Analog Signal Processing (NASP) technology and products. The Keiretsu Forum’s Northwest Region performed a two-month deep dive into POLYN and its technology and market potential and has now made its report available.
In the report, Keiretsu Forum listed multiple reasons to invest in POLYN and supported a $50 million valuation for the company. More than 50 of the group’s members have expressed an interest in investing in POLYN so far, and more presentations to other Keiretsu regional chapters have been made or are being scheduled.
As they worked on the report, five due diligence team members had full unrestricted access to all company documents, reviewing contracts, sales pipelines, details of product lines and ongoing development, financials, and intellectual property and patents. They also interviewed company executives on a range of topics and investigated to ensure that POLYN is managed diligently and properly.
