Thought Leader Wins Dual Gold Honors at the 2025 Globee® Awards for Work on AI-Powered Hiring

Jay Barach recognized as both “Innovator of the Year” and “Technology Innovator of the Year” for groundbreaking work on AI-powered inclusive hiring.

Jay Barach, IEEE Senior Member, published author, and award-winning innovator, has been named the Gold Globee® Award winner for Technology Innovator of the Year and the Gold Globee® Award winner for Innovator of the Year at the prestigious 2025 Globee® Awards for Innovation, also known as the Golden Bridge Awards®.

Barach received this dual recognition for his groundbreaking initiative, “Inclusive Hiring Powered by Jay Barach’s AI Bias Firewall” – a project that leverages artificial intelligence to identify and mitigate bias in hiring processes.

The technology introduces advanced safeguards that detect patterns of systemic bias and provide equitable recommendations, ensuring organizations can pursue data-driven talent acquisition without compromising on fairness.
