Laser Lines Chosen as Platinum Reseller of DyeMansion’s Finishing Systems

Laser Lines, the UK’s most established reseller of 3D printers and materials, today announces that it has become a platinum reseller of DyeMansion’s additive manufacturing finishing systems. It is the first DyeMansion reseller to offer Stratasys’ new SAF technology alongside the full DyeMansion workflow.

Mark Tyrtania, sales director at Laser Lines, said: “With the addition of the Stratasys H350 and Origin One P3 machines, Stratasys’ additive manufacturing technology is quickly moving into the true production environment. To offer a viable production solution, we needed to look at the entire workflow, from the 3D printing of parts through to the finished article.

“Our customers look to us for advice and support on how they can save time and money by switching their production to methods employing additive manufacturing techniques. Our 3D printing experts spend a long time getting to know the businesses we work with to make sure that the solutions we recommend will deliver the best possible return on their investment. By adding the DyeMansion range of products to our portfolio, we are now able to offer customers an end-to-end, post-processing turnkey solution.”

DyeMansion is the global leader in post-processing solutions for industrial polymer 3D-printing that turn 3D-printed raw parts into high-value products. Its print-to-product workflow combines industry-leading hardware with the widest range of colour and surfacing options on the market. Its systems are applicable for Industry 4.0 and can be integrated seamlessly into various production processes. The ability to provide a flexible solution for both small batches and high volumes makes DyeMansion a trusted partner for future factories.

Laser Lines will be able to offer a whole suite of tools for post-production parts. DyeMansion’s suite includes cost-effective, flexible solutions for depowdering, surface finishing, uniform colour with the DM60 and a comprehensive vapour smoothing system in the Powerfuse S.
